Today's Acts of Green Day is all about the climate. Did you know, for example, that food is responsible for 1/3 of all greenhouse gases? We can have a huge impact on this with a sustainable diet. Green is our favourite colour - and not just on our plates. For many years, we have been making a contribution to a more sustainable world with many individual actions. True to the motto: "Start small, grow tall", with "Acts of Green" we give tips on how to do good for the environment with small deeds.

Why is our burger sustainable? Quite simply, the ingredients are seasonal and come from the region. The patty is upcycled by the Bernese company Luya. It is made from okara. Okara is produced during tofu production and unfortunately normally ends up on the compost heap. Thanks to Luya, it is now being reused as a product. Of course we support this!

Hunger doesn't stand a chance with us. The restaurant serves two freshly cooked menus every lunchtime. Thanks to our free-choice system, you can combine the ingredients of the two menus to your heart's content and put together your own personalised plate. All menus include a soup.

In the cafeteria there is a varied salad buffet and various hot, crispy snacks. You can also pre-order packed lunches in our catering shop and collect them here. 

We accept all common means of payment (cash, EC, credit cards, Twint).
